Are these keycaps compatible with Logitech G915 / G815 / G813 ?

Yes, these models of keyboards are using the same type of keycaps, so they are interchangeable.

Are these keycaps compatible with Logitech G915 TKL / G913 TKL ?

Theoretically yes, as they are using the same type of GL switches. However, the G915 TKL / G913 TKL do not come with G1-G5 keys, instead they have the M1-M3 and MR keys as a part of the F1-F4 keys, so the F1-F4 keys on G915 TKL / G913 TKL come with M1-M3 and MR legends on the front side. If you don't mind the difference, you can use these keycaps on your TKL keyboard. But it is recommended to use the G915 TKL / G913 TKL keycaps instead.

Are these keycaps compatible with Logitiech G915 X Series?

No, as the Logitech G915 X is using Cherry MX switches, these keycaps are not compatible with G915 X. For G915 X keycaps, please check out these keycaps
