Besides the stem, Logitech has also redesigned some of the keys so all legends of these keys will be shine-through, while using PBT instead of ABS as the keycap material. Is this keycap set compatible with Logitech G515?

Theoretically yes, as G515 is also using cross-shape stems, however, there are a few differences on the side legends on the Functions keys (F1-F12). If you don't mind the differences, you can use this keycap set to replace keycaps on G515.

Is this keycap set compatible with Logitech G915 / G815?

No, as the G915 X is using cross-shape stems, its keycaps are no longer compatible with previous models (G915 / G815). For G915 / G815 keycaps, please visit G915 and G815.
